Press Pass® Football: Three Rookie Chase Entry Cards Eligible
for Autograph Drawing
January, 29, 2003 Charlotte, N.C - Eligible collectors
will have an opportunity to win one of 10 complete sets of Press
Pass 2002 Football Autographs in the Rookie Chase Contest. The
inaugural Rookie Chase Contest, featured in Press Pass 2002 Football
is coming to a close with the selection of the two Offensive and
Defensive Rookies of the Year, and the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the
Year. Carolina defensive end Julius Peppers was selected as the
2002 Defensive Rookie of the year, and Denver running back, Clinton
Portis was selected as the 2002 Offensive Rookie of the Year.
New York's Jeremy Shockey was selected as the recipient of the
inaugural Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year Award. Since Clinton Portis
was not featured in the Rookie Chase Contest, the three eligible
entry cards are Jeremy Shockey's Rookie Chase card (RC 8/12),
Julius Peppers' Rookie Chase card (RC 9/12) and the Field Card
(RC 12/12).
These three Rookie Chase cards can now be entered into a drawing
to win one of 10 Press Pass 2002 Football Autograph sets. The
solid Press Pass 2002 Football autograph line-up features over
40 different players, including top rookie talent, such as quarterbacks
David Carr (Texas) and Joey Harrington (Detroit); as well as outstanding
running backs William Green (Cleveland) and T.J. Duckett (Atlanta).
Winning collectors will receive one autograph card of each player
in the 2002 Press Pass Draft Pick autograph set.
